The lovely Tara Cain over at Sticky Fingers has been running her gallery for weeks and weeks now but I've been too shy to join in, as all the entries are just fabulous. This week however the theme is 'a novel idea' and so I figured I try it for a week and see what you all think and if you don't like it I'll go back to Wordless Wednesday's!!
Gosh I had so many ideas for this one as I just adore books and reading. The first and most obvious one that I came up with was Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe but I think you've all seen this picture before:
Then I thought about the Highlander series by Diana Gabaldon. This is a scene from Culloden battlefield in Scotland:
Or maybe the Princess and the Pea by Hans Christian Andersen:
I think though that my entry for the gallery has to be this!! Can you guess which book this is supposed to represent???
